The Mc10:35 is perhaps one of the hardest secret menu items to land, making it one for McDonald’s connoisseurs. Named after the brief period between 10:30 and 11:00 when customers can order from both the breakfast and regular menu, the Mc10:35 burrito is a mash up of the fast food franchise’s beloved Egg McMuffin and a hefty McDouble Burger, with McDouble patties stacked on the breakfast staple to help you kick your day off right.

The McGangbang
Definitely the filthiest item on the McDonald’s secret menu, and heaped with a name to match, is the McGangbang. It’s also the biggest bang for your buck at only $2. The McGangbang is a do-it-yourself merging of two Dollar Menu standards–the McDouble and the McChicken. The chicken burger is placed directly between the two patties of a McDouble, buns and all, resulting in a juicy hybrid that will give you a lot of quality grub…for your dollar.

McDonalds Fries With Big Mac Sauce
The most ironic thing about McDonald’s is that, arguably, the best sauce they have isn’t a sauce at all. I mean, fine, the sweet chili sause is reasonable and the barbeque sause never disappoints, but Big Mac? Those who are lovers of the Big Mac are already, of course, familiar with this fact, but feel free to ask your server for a side of Big Mac sauce to dunk your fries in.
This one is an OG secret menu item and is pretty easy to score and usually free. Sometimes you have to pay 50 cents for it, however, believe us, it is worth it!
The Monster Mac
The the Monster Mac is the secret menu item to order from if you’re feeling like a challenge. The aptly named Monster Mac is simply a Big Mac on crank and features 8 — that’s right, 8 — beef patties. Besides the added meat, you can also order an extra 8 slices of cheese. That definitely shouldn’t be an everyday thing, but it could be a fun challenge to tackle with friends or when you’re really hungry.
Just request a Monster Mac with 8 patties (or whatever you can manage) from your server, and they will stack it to your liking. Good luck!

You can never go wrong with an OG Cheeseburger Meal — the simple but still legendary cheeseburger is paired with fries and soda. Now envision that meal with one additional burger for great measure! We know you are just itching to have that.
So, what’s the hack? Next time you’re at McDonald’s, just ask the server for a 2 Cheeseburger Meal from the secret menu and see what happens. And you may find that luck doubles over.
The McBrunch Burger
This burger is not for the weak stomach, as you can tell from the photo! However to be fair to brunch, it is generally that window of time when the body requires sustenance, and the McBrunch Burger certainly delivers. This come as a hybrid of the Jalapeno Double off the McDonald’s’ normal menu and crispy hash brown and spherical egg off the breakfast listing, this do-it-yourself whopper is arguably the excellent hangover treatment recognized to mankind.
And if you can’t handle the spice — maybe your stomach is a little sensitive today — then the McBrunch Burger can also be made with a Bacon McDouble as the base.

Cinnamon Melt a La Mode
Talk about a sweet treat! Believe me when I say this is a little more creative than most McDonald’s secret menu items, as the Cinnamon Melt a La Mode really is a tiny hybrid from heaven, combining two desserts that are already on the good side. This combination starts with an order of Cinnamon Melts from the All Day Breakfast Menu, with a scoop of soft-serve vanilla ice cream (in a cup or a cone) from the dessert menu on top.
It makes for the perfect sharing dessert as its so very sweet. Perfect for a date, perhaps? Not only will you be flexing on your secret menu skills, but it’ll only cost you three bucks.
The McCrepe
For a bit more subdued, sweeter breakfast pick-me-up, the classic McCrepe might be just your thing. The McCrepe is a secret menu favorite that’s both easy and straightforward — you hand a Yoghurt Parfait to a McDonald’s Hotcake, fold it over, and get to town. The McCrepe might be a secret menu classic, but it’s not something your server will be able to whip up, so expect to go DIY.

The Poor Man’s Big Mac removes the middle slice of bread and the second slice, making for a lower calorie option for around $1.50, compared to around 4 dollars for a regular Big Mac.

You just need to order your Sausage McMuffin with Egg and request your server to swap out the regular sausage for the Portuguese kind. Trust us; the rest of the US will be all about this version!
McDonald’s Milk Tea
Though McDonald’s is yet to ride the milk tea craze, this creative hack will certainly secure you one on your next fast food run. You simply order sweet tea and request extra creamer, preferably two or three. Add the creamer to the brewed tea slowly and in no time at all you have your own McDonald’s copycat version of the tasty beverage.

Added in the late 1960s, Saimin is another local “ethnic” item found on the McDonald’s secret menu only in Hawaii. Saimin is a Hawaiian noodle soup and much like Japanese ramen is a soup with egg noodles served in a hot broth, fish cake, barbecued pork, and seaweed. Saimin is not a standard feature but at least you’ll be able to order a him in Hawaiian chains.
Hawaii’s McDonald’s also had some other unique items aside from Saimin—like the Portuguese sausage we mentioned before. Like you needed a reason to go to Hawaii, but now you have one!
The Oreo Caramel Fudge McFlurry
Fans of the classic McDonald’s McFlurry will be drooling at the thought of a better iteration of the dessert, however as the name suggests this is just that. Oreo McFlurries are flawless as-is, but this secret menu custom order elevates that creamy sweet to the next level with caramel on the bottom and fudge on top. Those two additions elevate the already mouthwatering McFlurry to an exciting prospect!
The only downside to this Top Secret hack is that you’ll need to cough up a few extra bucks for the “fudge and caramel loved to the cart” but we think it’s worth the extra few cents.
The Root Beer Float
The Root Beer Float is so classic and beloved as a secret menu item, we are surprised McDonald’s has not made it a staple by now. Float 🍦 A blast from the past, you can grab a Float – which is a Root Beer from the soda fountain with a scoop of vanilla ice cream added for a deliciously sweet treat! The fizz that the ice cream forms when it plops into the cup is an aromatic drink of your childhood!
The Root Beer Float has become such a thing that nearly the entire staff will know what you are talking about if you order one but if not just ask for ice cream to go in your root beer.
Buffalo Ranch Fries

Simply request a regular or large shake with any of the three flavors from your server. Well, the presentation will leave a lot to be desired, that’s for sure, but the taste is another story.

This combo is nothing that Italians won’t know (this is like the fast-food equivalent of an affogato — espresso coffee poured over vanilla ice cream).
